What is Layers?
Layers runs your marketing as a team of expert AI agents coordinated by Elle: social content, paid media, UGC, and measurement, end to end. You set the goal; the department moves it.
What do I get for $9?
Your first week of Pro with 1,000 credits. Stop before day 7 and $9 is all you pay. Stay, and Pro is $49 a month with your $9 taken off the first month.
How are the plans different?
Pro runs organic content, agentic paid media, managed social distribution and API access across three brand projects. Managed UGC runs on any plan as a paid add-on, funded from your wallet. Ultra removes the limits and adds custom brand-voice training and enterprise controls.
What do credits cover?
Credits meter the work agents do: generating content, running campaigns, producing creative. Every plan includes a monthly allowance, and Ultra provides over 20% more credits per dollar than Pro.
Do agents post or spend money without my approval?
No. Nothing ships without your say-so, and you can steer from a high level ("launch this campaign") down to the details ("change this headline").
Can I change plans or cancel?
Anytime, in a couple of clicks. Upgrade, downgrade, switch between monthly and annual, or cancel and you won't be charged again.
Can I use Layers programmatically?
Yes. Layers exposes a public API and an MCP server, so you or your own agent can run marketing without touching the UI. See the Agents page for details.
What if I need help?
Support is available around the clock in the in-app chat. Elle resolves most issues on the spot, and anything Elle can't fix gets auto-escalated to a real human.
