This endpoint is retired. Requests return 410 FEATURE_RETIRED. Layers no longer sends a content container to a phone by iMessage or SMS.

To finish a post manually, open the content in Layers, download its media, copy its caption, and post from the platform app. For TikTok accounts that support it, use the platform draft destination to send content to TikTok's inbox.
